All products and services are intended for retailers, dealers, and distributors only.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices may vary based on quantity, brand, and market conditions
  • Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order
  • Bulk orders may receive special pricing based on volume

3. Payment Terms

  • Prime Group follows a strict No Credit Policy unless agreed in writing
  • All orders require 100% advance payment
  • No goods will be dispatched without payment confirmation
  • Any exception will be at the sole discretion of management

4. GST & Invoicing

  • All transactions will be issued with a valid GST invoice
  • Buyers must provide accurate GST details at the time of order
  • Once an invoice is generated, GST details cannot be changed
  • Any incorrect GST information provided will be the buyer’s responsibility
  • Input Tax Credit (ITC) is subject to government rules and eligibility

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and product availability
  • We aim to ensure timely and safe delivery
  • Delays caused by logistics or external factors are beyond our control

6. Returns & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • No return or cancellation after dispatch for confirmed bulk orders

7. Product Warranty

  • Warranty is provided by the respective brand/manufacturer
  • Prime Group acts only as a distributor and is not responsible for warranty claims

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Group shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delivery delays caused by third parties
  • Misuse of products after delivery

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct order and GST details
  • Compliance with applicable business and tax regulations
  • Proper handling and resale of products

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, images) belongs to Prime Group and must not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Prime Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu.
