Return & Replacement Policy

At Prime Group, we deal in wholesale (B2B) supply. Due to the nature of bulk orders, returns are limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product is defective or not working
  • Incorrect product delivered

No returns will be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Time Limit for Claims

  • All return or damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims reported after this period will not be accepted

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Proper proof (photos/videos) must be provided

4. No Return / No Cancellation Policy

  • No return or cancellation after order confirmation or dispatch
  • Bulk orders are considered final and non-refundable
  • No return for:
    • Change of mind
    • Slow sales / unsold stock
    • Pricing changes

5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only
  • No cash refund will be provided
  • Replacement will be processed based on stock availability

6. Transit Damage

  • Any damage during delivery must be reported immediately with proof
  • Claims without proper evidence may be rejected

7. Manufacturer Warranty

  • Warranty is handled by the respective brand/service center
  • Prime Group is not responsible for post-sale warranty claims

8. Final Decision

All return and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Prime Group.
The company’s decision will be final and binding.
