Returns Policy

At Prime Marketing, we deal in bulk (B2B) orders. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we follow a strict return and replacement policy.

1. No General Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Excess quantity ordered
  • Market demand changes

2. Eligible for Replacement

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong product delivered

3. Claim Time

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Proof Requirement

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product images clearly showing the issue

5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved claims will be eligible for replacement only
  • No refunds will be issued

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor packaging damage
  • Slight color/size variation
  • Improper handling by customer
