Eligibility for Refunds

• The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
• The return must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
• Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
• Gift cards.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at the email or phone number provided in the Contact section of our website within 5 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all materials. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Your Refund
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
• Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items

You must upload pictures or proof of the damaged or defective item, after which we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:
• Check Your Account: First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
• Contact Your Payment Provider: Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
• Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will look into it at the earliest instance.
